Mahua is a floral studio dedicated to creating stunning flower arrangements while keeping in mind our ethos of fresh flowers and eco-consciousness. From simple hand bunches to elaborate vase curations, we offer something for every occasion while prioritising sustainability.

🌷 Where are you located?
Our floral studio is based in Mahim, Mumbai.

🌷 Where do you deliver?
We currently we deliver from South Mumbai to Andheri. You can check if we deliver to your area during checkout or on the product page under 'Check Delivery' here.

If we don’t deliver to your area but you’d still like to place an order, please contact us on  WhatsApp  at +91 997 997 5881, and we’ll do our best to arrange a special delivery for you.

🌷 How do I place an order?
Browse through our collection, select your favourite arrangement, and proceed to checkout with UPI, debit card or netbanking.

🌷 Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, absolutely! Please place your order by 12PM. for same-day delivery. All orders taken after 12PM will be delivered the next-day.

🌷 Is it possible to have a custom arrangement?
Of course! Whether you want a specific colour palette, flower type, or style, we’re happy to craft a personalised arrangement just for you. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram.

🌷 If I have an empty vase, can you fill it up with a special floral arrangement?
Yes! Reach out to us via WhatsApp and have your vase sent to us, and we’ll turn it into a delightful arrangement.

🌷 Do you provide florals for events and weddings?
Yes, we provide custom floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions. Email us your requirements on namaste@shopmahua.in

🌷 Do you provide a weekly floral subscription?
Friday Florals is our subscription plan where we deliver fresh, seasonal blooms every Friday for a month (4 weeks)

🌷 Do you levy delivery charges?
Yes, delivery charges are based on your location. You can check your delivery cost at the time of checkout.

🌷 Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.

🌷 How do I care for the flowers?
We include floral care tips with every order to help your flowers stay fresh and vibrant for as long as possible. A few basic tips include:

• Changing the water daily.
• Trimming the stems every alternate day.
• Keeping flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

🌷 What is your return policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
