At Mahua Floral and Gifting Studio, we take pride in crafting and delivering the freshest flowers and floral arrangements with love and care. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our customers while maintaining the quality and efficiency of our service.
Order Cancellation

Same-Day Orders: Once an order has been placed for same-day delivery, it cannot be canceled or modified

Advance Orders: Orders scheduled for a future date can be canceled or modified at least 24 hours before the delivery time.

Subscription Plans: For floral subscription services, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
Refund Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately. Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

Damaged or Wilted Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or offer a refund.

Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect floral arrangement, we will replace it with the correct one or issue a refund.

Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or schedule a redelivery.
Non-Refundable Cases
- If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers.
- If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
- If the flowers are not cared for properly after delivery.
- Customized or personalized orders, as they are specially curated.
